This sauce tastes sweeter than the classic mayonnaise and gives your recipes a special color. Although it is called pink sauce, its color can also be orange (salmon). Children tend to like it a lot. Do you want to learn how to do it?
- 1 egg
- Olive oil
- ketchup (2 tablespoons)
- half orange juice
- Brandy, rum or whiskey
1. First you have to prepare a homemade mayonnaise. To do this, put the egg in the blender glass, along with a pinch of salt and a few drops of lemon. While beating, watch slowly adding the olive oil until the mayonnaise sauce is formed (for this, it is best to move the arm of the mixer from top to bottom).
2. Once you have the mayonnaise well bound, add two tablespoons of ketchup, a little mustard and a few drops of rum or whiskey and the juice of half an orange to your mixture. Beat well until all ingredients are mixed.
